Tom Canterino is Founder & Principal at LevelUP Digital Solutions. Tom is an innovator, entrepreneur, lifelong student of marketing and sales, and on occasion a teacher of these subjects. Professionally, he is dedicated to achieving growth through new initiatives and the design and execution of innovative marketing and business development programs.

Tom’s primary role at LevelUP Digital Solutions is to lead channel expansion, development, and strategy. Tom’s savvy marketing and sales skills have led to relationships with thousands of customers, association partners, and  partners in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.

Prior to co-founding Ageless Innovation, Tom’s experience includes starting over five companies in the past ten years, including two non-profit organizations. He also spent 5 years at Hasbro in numerous brand management and marketing roles. He serves on the advisory board for two start-ups and is an active volunteer in the community. Tom’s passion in the senior care space stems from seeing the profound success the company’s current product, Joy for All Companion Pets, has on older adults and families and looks to exemplify how technology can foster meaningful family connections and bring a better quality of life to older adults and their families across the globe. Tom’s ultimate goal is to enrich all areas of older adults’ lives through the use of joyful products that help reduce the need of psychotropic drugs to enable older adults to live harmoniously. Tom was recently recognized as an Argentum Senior Living Leader 40 Under 40!

When Tom is not busy strategizing at work, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, he is a ski instructor, aquatics coach, and is a volunteer for the Rhode Island Special Olympics. Tom enjoys travelling as often as possible and takes advantage of getting ‘sun’ whenever he gets the chance! He is a lover of the beach and everything to do with water and water sports – specifically sailing and scuba diving! Tom is also a passionate active advocate for the well-being and equal rights for the LGBTQ community and serves on the Youth Pride RI Board of Directors.
